Xperta, Inc. was founded in 2021 in Austin, Texas by three college friends . We work with Xperta Peru and want to offer our expertise in order to make a significant difference. Our background, as well as that of our team, is focused on the design and implementation of organizational change. We have more than 100 years of combined experience in assisting businesses in being more efficient in their operations.

Dina Matos
General Manager
Dina Matos founded Xperta Peru after gaining extensive experience in operations management and is currently the General Manager of the company. She is a co-founder of Xperta, Inc.
Consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience and specializing in project management in the public and private sectors, with an emphasis on process reengineering, organizational redesign and implementation of information technologies
Dina has a Master’s in Business Administration from ESAN, specializing in Project Management, Operations and Public Management. She has an Industrial Engineer Degree from the University of Lima, Peru.
Maria Noack
Consultant
Maria Noack is a co-founder of Xperta, Inc, with over 25 years of experience in high technology Fortune 500 companies, working with latest technologies and state of the art tools in software and hardware engineering.
Maria has worked as an independent consultant for over 10 years in small size firms in positions of high responsibility, such as CFO and CEO, overseeing the day-to-day operations and financials. She has experience with proposals and budgets development and review for US government contracts.
Maria has a Master’s in Software Engineering from George Mason University, VA, USA and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima,Peru.
Ana Cecilia Matos
Consultant
Ana is a co-founder of Xperta, Inc, and responsible for the finances of the company. She has over 20 years of professional experience in market research, business management and process improvement with systems implementation.
She has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences of Lima, Peru. She has a specialization degree in Computer Science from ESAN and an Industrial Engineering Degree from the University of Lima, Peru.
Ana is a Professor at the University of Lima, Peru in the specialties of Market Research and Marketing. She is a member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research).
