Our team, with over 100 years of combined experience, specializes in the design and implementation of organizational change, helping businesses achieve significantly more efficient operations.

Consultant
As the General Manager and founder of Xperta Peru, Dina Matos brings over 20 years of professional experience in operations management, project management, and organizational transformation.
A co-founder of Xperta, Inc., she is adept at process reengineering, organizational redesign, and implementing information technologies in both public and private sectors.
Dina’s academic background includes an MBA from ESAN (with specializations in Project Management, Operations, and Public Management) and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Lima, Peru.
Maria Noack, a co-founder of Xperta, Inc., has a distinguished 25-year career in high technology, including work with advanced software and hardware engineering at Fortune 500 companies.
For over a decade, she has successfully led smaller firms as an independent consultant, serving as CFO and CEO, with full oversight of operations and financials. Her comprehensive experience also includes the development and review of proposals and budgets for U.S. government contracts.
Maria earned her MS in Software Engineering from George Mason University, VA, USA, and her BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima, Peru.
As a co-founder of Xperta, Inc., Ana Matos oversees the company’s finances, drawing on more than two decades of professional experience in market research, business management, and process improvement, including systems implementation.
Her academic background includes an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences of Lima, a specialization degree in Computer Science from ESAN, and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Lima, Peru.
Additionally, Ana shares her knowledge as a Professor of Market Research and Marketing at the University of Lima and is an active member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research).
